Sheri and Rick were aboard BlackH2oDog for their first time trolling with inline planner boards. We left the our West Harbor dock as the sun began to rise. We were greeted with the sun rising over Kellys Island at the end of the harbor. We set boards west of South Bass Island, Put-In-Bay and had fish on as the 4th rod was set. That quickly became a double. We had a steady pick until the light rain and a few distant lightning flash were noticed. We made a few adjustments and were able to get them going again. 30 foot leads early, then 50 was best. Spro 85 caught the largest fish of the morning. Bandits and Spros for the balance with a slight edge to Bandits. We were 20 for 21 with 15 Eyes heading to the cleaners.
