Trip Summary

Fishing in the waters around Vancouver continues to be very good. There are lots of opportunities to experience the thrill of playing one of these larger 'Chinook' salmon....the 'tug is the drug'. As the days go on, we will see more of the 'coho' salmon showing up which are know for their aggressive strikes and surface fights. If you are coming to Vancouver or live here....this is a wonderful experience for everyone of all ages to enjoy.

It looks like this next year is predicted to be as good or even better than last year. We will have lots of great opportunities to play with Spring Salmon (Kings) along with endless amounts of Coho Salmon (silvers).

Fishing right now has been very good. Lots of great action for the novice and experienced fisher folk as shown by this 'double header'. Right now we have the opportunity to keep any early run coho with the larger run showing up on our doorstep very soon. While we wait to see those we are well entertained by the larger Chinook that are very entertaining to catch...take a photo and then release.
