Trip Summary
First few days of june and its been a funky redfish bite. Winds changing from S to N and water temps fluxuating but fish are still chewing. LOTS of spanish mackerel and bluefish off the beach and in the inlets. Sight casting 1oz jigs to schools busting the surface. Big sheepshead moving in on bridges and docks. Fidler crabs on bottom sweapers is the key to hook ups. Redfish are shallow and feeding on topwater early in the morning and cut bait through the heat of the day.
