Trip Summary

Lobster Tales is still on shore, but our friends John and George went out today. They said it was rather cold and the wind wasn,t to bad. There were a good number of haddock. They said they had to work for them . This is all good . The fishing should be fantastic in a few weeks.

Another fantastic haddock fishing adventure. Wind was about 14 knts. Sea 2 feet. No problem for Lobster Tales. Steamed about 45 minutes , marked a pile of fish. Dropped the first line 2 minutes we had a 21 onch haddock, and yhe action continued. Mackerel paid a visit we caught 20 or so quickly on haddock gear. The mackerel asd another layer of fun. Hteat day, like to thank my guest nate.julie, aunt deb, and brad. Great trip. Come fish with amd jave a great.

Ran offshore about 8 miles south. Goind my wreck of choice and the day began. Large haddock22-26 inches with fee shorts mixed in. Clams and squid were on the menu. Got a very big cusk and a few cod. Cod must be released. Fishing in couple hundred feet was the magic depth. What a great time.
