We were heading offshore for some wahoo and tuna fishing but the wind changed direction making the ride pretty bumpy. So i changed direction and came up with a new plan to fish a spot alittle closer to home. We caught our limit of vermillion snapper and could have filled 10 more limits of them. Mahi mahi showed up unexpectedly and we lost two more of those. The others werent interested in eating. Caught some nice fish while trolling and bottom fishing that gave everyone a good fight and wore the guys out. Had to throw back a good amount of red porgy that were out of season at this time.
