July 15 Red Snapper Federal Season Atlantic 2023, St Simon's Island offshore fishing, on DOUBLEDOWN-CHARTERS, We landed some big ol reef donkeys, at 29 & 30 inches is size at the R-5 Tower and found some Almaco Jacks and Black seabass in the surrounding 80 to 90 ft of water. Sea state was 3 ft seas at 8 seconds, choppy and windy, but we hung there after an early morning start and it flattened out a little but and almost beat the afternoon storms home. We got wet for sure.
