We had a wonderful group from Pennsylvania yesterday. Wanted to take them out to do a little bit of sound fishing unfortunately a nor'easter was blowing 20 mph so we couldn't exactly go and set up on the shoulders like I was hoping to try to catch a drum or a speckled trout. And the rest of the fleet was also fishing in the sound because they could not get across the inlet because it was so rough. We were able to go around the back side of the island and trolling trolling in somewhat calm Waters and were able to get a catch of six Spanish mackerel and a nice size blue fish. Although not the best trip that I would want for my group in the sound but still I believe they had fun.
