The shallow water, Blue catfish bite is going great right now. The winter cold killed a lot of shad so fishing has been tough since that last long cold spell. The water temps are on the rise and the blue cats have been biting very well in shallow water. The water temps tend to be a little higher and all of the shad that had died have now either been carried downstream by yhe cutrent, disintegrate or has been eaten. Now the cats are looking for food since that source is gone. Come join me for an action packed day on one of my two boats and lets catch some of these great fighting, big blue cats. Maybe even take some smaller ones home for dinner! It’s definitely the big fish time of year. Lets go!!
