Day #2 of 3: Met group at the Goose Island Boat ramp in Rockport, Tx for day 2 of wade fishing. With strong S/E winds this morning & chance of rain, we decided to stay close to the ramp & enjoy the catching in St. Charles Bay. Started off at Bird Point where we split up, worked the reefs & the big sand pockets. Lots of dink trout around the reefs & better-quality fish seemed to be holding in the sand pockets along the shoreline to Egg Point. Then we jumped across the bay to Cow Chip Cove to finish off a fine afternoon. Bass Assassin (Fried Chicken) and Lil Johns (Molting) were the choice of soft plastics for the day.
