Picking up right where we left off at the end of last season. Striped bass have returned. We’ll catch them good through mid June before switching gears to summer flounder (fluke) and bluefish. All good ??

Another fishing season is back upon us. Striped bass of all sizes are stacked up in the back bays, feeding on adult bunker but readily wacking surface lures and swim shads as well. We look forward to seeing this good back bay, calm water striped bass fishing continue into June before the water temperature climbs up and the bass are replaced by fluke and bluefish.

Dave and crew enoyed non-stop striped bass action during this phenomenal stretch of fall run fishing we’ve been having in NYC! Live bait and artificial lures both produced equally well.
