Trip Summary

River temperature 65.4 degrees. Winds wnw 15-20 mph. Moss is everywhere trolling is definitely not an option. Vertical jigging and drop shots help a lot in keeping the moss at bay. Drifting the cliffs was the least moss we had to deal with.

River temperature 39° winds east at 7 miles an hour. Water color near perfect brown trout hit plugs mid river steelhead hit beads and eggs in the upper sections of the river.

Heavy west winds, but the fishing was incredible. Water color was a chalky green, and the water temperature was 48.6 degrees. Plenty of steelhead, lake trout, and brown trout . Bead bite is all we needed to crush fish today.
