Winds have allowed inshore fishing with several days outside. 10 to 15 is normal winds. Less than 10 is great. Troling ballyhoo and artificial. Bottom with cut bait and squid. Weather conditions always guide is to what location and techniques. We have two person crew. Maximum 6 anglers. 4 or less most comfortable. We can combo in some snorkeling
