Rain & Heat!

Trip Summary

This last week was pretty tough with lots of overcast days and a deluge of rain. We're just now starting to come out of it and the fishing has been on fire! Lots of snook and reds around Flamingo and plenty of bonefish and tarpon in Biscayne when the winds are favorable. This time of year things start to slow down as most tourists opt to go north to escape the heat. This relieves some of the pressure on the water and makes for phenomenal fishing days. In my opinion the fishing is best throughout the summer because there are less boats on the water. The fish have space now to relax and some epic days are definitely in the forecast. I will update accordingly. If you'd like to book a day let me know soon because I'm about to book up a large chunk of my July with a personal Flamingo Camping trip with friends. If you'd like to book sometime in July please let me know now so I can fit you in! Tight lines!
