Trip Summary

Catching a livewell full of ShellCrackers on 4lb test is so much fun. The action was non stop and the weather was hot. The late afternoon rain came and ended the trip but we did great.

The Birds Told Us To Follow Them. The StripedBass were feeding on shad and the birds were picking up the left overs. Trolling and casting to Flyfishing techniques all worked. Landed 27 Fish, Lost about 9 qnd we kept 10 to feed the neighbors in the community!

We toughed it out with the extreme low water condituons on Lake Altoona. The only species biting were Spotted Bass. We had a good day tho!
