The water is warmed up the bait is here which means the fish are too! In the gulf Cobia season is winding down but the king mackerels are fired up, as well as the amberjack, mingo snappers, triggerfish, and groupers. Red snapper season opens up on memorial day weekend. We will have 70 days to fish red snapper this season so make sure to reserve your trip early so you don’t miss out on the action! The bay bite has been good we’ve been using shrimp and Minhaden to catch lots of trout, redfish, black drum, sheepshead, spanish mackeral as well as lots of lady fish and bluefish! Some of the Gulf Coast’s best fishing is in the month of May so drop what you’re doing and come fishing! Book your trip today!
