Trip Summary

Fishing was prêtty solid over labor day weekend. Definitely was busy on the river but we managed ok on our recent charters. Some cooler weather coming this week and hopefully some rain should be a excellent weekend to get out there.

One of my favourite times of year is here. Fall steelhead are migrating into the Manistee river. Their are numerous king salmon spawning throughout the river and the steelhead are on the feed, Eating eggs from the salmon . Fishing has been very good this week. I recommend booking soon. I have a few available dates. Lots of fun to be had on the river right now!
