Sandy and Todd came up on vacation from SW Louisiana. Struggled through a tough early bite, changed tactics, put their prior fishing skills to use and made it a great day! Many quality fish including both getting their personal best smallmouth and near the very end of the trip, Sandy decided to catch dinner and nailed this beautiful walleye. Her first one ever! Great peiple make what i do very rewarding.

Steve’s wife booked a trip as his birthday gift. He came from Syracuse and brought along his friend Joe. Due to stronger than expected winds we had to make a change in location and species targeted. Bite was AGAIN super tough. These guys relied on their angling experience to grind out several nice fish. Another late change in tactics and they caught a few nice largemouth as well! We immediately became friends! Looking forward to fishing with these boys sgain in the future.

Chelbie surprised her brother Trey on their visit here from Missouri with a trip on Erie. The day showed us how finicky and tough to get to the boat smallmouth can sometimes be. Chelbie caught the first one of the day a 4lb 4oz big un that ended up being the big one for the day. Trey kicked in a few nice ones of his own! We broke a couple off at the boat today that would have made the day even better. Two of the nicest young people you could ever meet. I enjoyed witnessing the bond between siblings!
