Blue cat bite was strong — 31 and 29 pound blues with several smaller ones but a little deeper in the creeks as compared to past 2 trips. Also caught 2 flatheads with a channel cat. Bonus huge softshell turtle provided unexpected excitement

Fishing was very good today with a full dozen blues msking it into the boat slong with 2 channel cats. Bait was cut shad. Water temp 51.6. Most productive depth was 15 to 22 feet. Some explosive strikes today.
