Trip Summary

Fishing Booker Appreciation Month My fellow anglers in show of appreciation for all the help Fishing Booker has done for us over the years for the month of March we are offering all anglers that book with Hooked Up III get free live baits. This is the time of the year that our much sought after sailfish come by the coast of Fort Lauderdale and to catch sailfish the best way is with live bait and these baits (goggle eyes) only feed at night so as you can imagine after fishing all day us captains don’t have time to stay up all night to catch them. So we usually have to buy them and they are not cheep they can cost up $120.00 for a dozen that’s right 12. But for the month of March they are on me. So FREE LIVE BAITS and with only a 6 min ride till we are in the ocean this better chances combined with very little travel time this much better odds for you to catch 1 or more of these beautiful fish!! EVEN IF YOU BOOK A TRIP FOR LATER IN THE YEAR RESEVE HOOKED UP II BY THE END OF MARCH THIS GREAT OFFER STILL STANDS!!! Captain Taco

OCT FISHING OFF FORT LAUDERDALE WOW
OCT FISHING OFF FORT LAUDERDALE WOW
October 1, 2025
• Fort Lauderdale Deep Sea Fishing Report – October Wow, wow, wow — what a month for fishing in Fort Lauderdale! The mahi mahi showed up a little late this year, but when they did, they came in thick and hungry. We’ve been catching beautiful gaffer-size mahi, ranging from 8 to 15 pounds — an unexpected pleasure for this time of year. The sailfish are starting to show up strong too, mostly in 170 to 200 feet of water. Lately, we’ve even been spotting them chasing ballyhoo in the shallows — a great sign that sailfish season in Fort Lauderdale is just getting started. Even more exciting, we found mahi mahi feeding in under 100 feet of water! Casting live bait to them in the shallows has made for some incredible light-tackle action and unforgettable fishing days. The weather has been absolutely gorgeous — calm seas, clear blue water, and air temperatures between 67° and 75°F. No hurricanes for us this year, but it looks like the storms that passed through the Caribbean pushed plenty of fish our way. All in all, October was a fantastic month for deep sea fishing off Fort Lauderdale. Looking ahead, November should bring red-hot sailfishing and a good shot at wahoo as well. The water temps and conditions are lining up perfectly for an amazing winter bite. If you’re ready to experience the action, come fish with us aboard Hooked Up, one of the top-rated Fort Lauderdale fishing charters. Whether you’re after mahi mahi, sailfish, wahoo, or just a great day on the water, we’ll make sure you have an unforgettable trip. Go To FISHING Booker AND Book your Fort Lauderdale deep sea fishing trip today — the fish are here and the bite is on!
