Nearshore Action Heating Up! The nearshore bite for snook and redfish has been absolutely stellar when the weather has played nice. Calm conditions have provided anglers with nonstop action, as these species are feeding aggressively along the beaches and inlets. The mullet run is a yearly bait migration us fisherman highly look forward to!! Mullet migrate down the florida coast & are followed by many predators! Nearshore and inshore have been great for tarpon ,redfish & snook. As we inch closer towards October we will see a big push of large redfish flooding our inercoastal & nearshore waters. Redfish tend to spawn this time of year presenting grear opportunities at personal record sized fish. It is not uncommon to land redfish 50” and tarpon exceeding 100lbs this time of year.
