We had two awesome days with Sarah and her clients on the 12th and 16th! Both trips were all about kite fishing, and we were lucky enough to bring home a great catch of Yellowfin Tuna. Sarah’s already booked another trip for October and plans to bring her family—we can’t wait to have her back! The Yellowfin Tuna bite has been steady, and we’ve still got a few open days in June.

Started off slow this morning, but our crew was patient, and luck was on our side. The bite finally turned on in the afternoon, and we were fortunate to hook these Yellowfin Tuna with the kite—such an exciting way to catch these fish! Next available days are June 16th, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 29th, and 30th.

Had the pleasure of taking Monte Coggins out with his friends and family yesterday, May 8th. Monte’s an old friend of my dad’s — they spent the ‘70s scalloping side by side on the deck of the Vickie with Capt. Punk Daniels at the helm. Always special having folks onboard who are part of the stories we grew up hearing.
