We had a great time! The marlin was unexpected.
I try to be more honest possible. I fish from a life and I have fished in many many places around the world. Starting from price that is quite competitive. 355$ + 25$ fishing license + 30$ live baits + 25$ food and drinks + captain’s tip. 8 hours in a 23ft old boat …but that can be acceptable. Equipment is very old and poor. They told that you will can try various fishing techniques but they don’t have any rods, or baits, excluded to trolling. So you need to have your equipment if you want to spinning, jigging, etc. Trolling will be along the coast and principal fishes will be dorado. Tuna and Marlin are far away. Food was a plastic sandwich and plastic glass of fruits. For 25$ is absurd. More stored with ice so all was wet. What can I say? If it is your first experience, this can work. Maybe you will catch some small dorados. If you know how fishing, not. Better to invest more moneys in a professional fishing experience.
