Fishing with Captain Buddy was an amazing experience. He was very kind and patient with a 7 and soon to be 6 year old with tons of questions, touching everything and that have never been fishing before children. He took use to several spots and made sure we all caught fish to take home. We all walked away with smiles and memories of a great day.

Our children had been wanting a fishing trip for a few years. We were wanting a charter trip that would let us see how they did without the commitment of a half day trip. Right Side Charters offers a kids 2 hour trip that doesn’t start at the crack of dawn- another plus. Captain Buddy is a dad so he is very family forward and great with kids. Best family friendly charter in Destin

First fishing trip with the family and it didn’t disappoint. The captain was very helpful and patient with my 3 boys. Would recommend this charter if you want to go have fun with the family.

Had really tough conditions, hurricane laura came through earlier in the week so we had no idea what to expect. Really appreciated the honesty from caption buddy about the tough bite. Regardless we decided to book and it did not disappoint. We caught redfish which was the target species and had enough to take home for dinner. Can’t buddy is first class and provided a first class experience. Would highly recommend and would for sure go again when we are in town.
