What a fishing trip!ย We met Cole the captain at 7am for a full day of fishing. Cole is a super chill guy. We felt welcomed and relaxed right from the time we met. He communicated well though the app and answered all of my questions quickly prior to the trip. We headed out to catch bait and got treated to a rocket launch off the cape. The rocket launch was pure coincidence but was definitely awesome. Cole took us out and put us on fish right away. We had a Mahi in the boat in the first 10 minutes. Over the course of the day we all got to catch fish. We caught several Cobia right beside the boat. This was probably the most exciting part. Seeing the Cobia swimming with a large shark was really cool. We had a great day and would definitely recommend Southern Mayhem. Captain Cole also does inshore trips on a smaller boat.ย Thank you Cole for a great day on the water.

We had an amazing time with Captain Cole and Southern Mayhem Fishing Charters! He had us on fish within minutes of dropping lines, and the action didnโt slow down. We limited out on King Mackerel and also reeled in a great mix of Bonita, Barracuda, and even some sharks. Cole clearly knows where to go and how to keep the trip exciting.
His boat is fast, smooth, and comfortableโperfect for getting us to the fishing grounds quickly and enjoying the ride along the way. Weโll definitely be booking again!

CPT Cole led us on an awesome half-day trip with our 3 children.ย He made sure there was a variety of fun fishing for everyone. He is knowledgeable, efficient, timely, professional, and has great interpersonal skills.ย He was patient with our young kids too. The boat was clean and in tip top shape and ready when we arrived. We had no trouble preparing for the trip as he communicated well with us in advance. We caught several large keepers(king mackerel), and some smaller snapper & sea bass. It was the perfect mix for our family. Truly an experience of a lifetime for us. We plan to be back!

Nobody works harder for you than Cole. He worked hard to get us fresh bait, he worked hard to get us take downs, he didnโt hesitate to make a change when he felt he could do better. We got on fish. Brought a few fish home. Tons of laughs. 5 star all the way!!
