My wife and I had a great time fishing with Jon-Paul. He put us on some fish. First fish was a 100+ tarpon. Made a beautiful run and jump. But we lost. Way it goes. Then we caught handful of sharks. Very fun fighting. The last fish was a Jack Caravelle and it was a dandy. Super strong fighting fish. Circled us around the boat a few times. Great day on the water. Thanks Jon-Paul

Fishing conditions were not ideal but Jon Paul was still able to put us on the fish!! Good quality Snook, grouper, reds, jacks, snapper and sharks!  Left the dock early, came back late, 100% effort, and all of our targeted species in the boat.  What else can you ask for? Even Got a spotless redfish, only spotless red fish in my life!  Boat was smooth and dry in chop high quality st croix rods and gear in good condition.  It was a pleasure to fish with Jon Paul, good conversations and knowledgeable... Had so much fun with him! He has such a great attitude, hard worker, and truly cares about your experience. He knows the terrain very well, and put us on just about everything we asked for. We caught tarpon, permit, snapper, snook, and a jack. Also, we caught a couple of sharks that we didn’t even ask for. It was so much fun, and I highly recommend him!

Spent 6 hours fishing with Captain John. It was a super windy day which made fly casting very difficult. Captain John found places to keep us out of the wind, all of which held great opportunities for snook, sea trout, lady fish, and grouper. He was totally prepared with a complete arsenal of spinning rods, bait, and fly rods for anything that gave us a shot. Overall, a great day and would definitely do it again.

Captain Jon-Paul was an extremely knowledgeable and personal guide. Weather was not ideal with a cold front for Tarpon and Snook, which was our main target but captain Jon-Paul did all he could to get on them. We were able to catch a cooler full of Mangrove Snapper and were even able to catch one snook to check off our list. He had exceptional equipment (rod, reels) that made the experience even better. 100% recommend this charter and will be a returning customer.
