Had an incredible solo fishing trip today with Captain Izzy out in Galveston! ๐ฃ From start to finish, he was patient, friendly, and knew exactly where to take us to get on the big boys. Ended up landing some bull reds and even caught my personal best, officially checking that off my 2025 bucket list!

If your lucky you find that guide.ย I did today with Isiadro.ย He lived in Montana and understood the Missoula spirit for an old man fishing.ย One More Cast was the outfitter.ย I had done well and lacked one more trout.ย Isiadro told me the story of his father and thus One More Cast was born in his childhood.ย Destiny his boat his wifeโs gift to him a great surprise. If you get lucky enough to go fishing with this guide.ย You will have a great day to remember along with fish like me. Our catch was three trout limit.ย Four to five thrown back, three drum thrown back. I kept only one drum.ย Two nice sand trout.ย Three sharks thrown back with a wonderful fight. Captain Izzy was fantastic. He knew kf several spots to go when the fish stopped biting. He worked with my daughter (10) on casting and getting to the best spot. He was always right there to rebait or take fish off.
