Weather was not very cooperative so we did not get in a full half day which cut down on the experience.ย Captain put us on some nice flounder, but would have liked to go for some grouper, or drum as well.
Hey Mark, Iโm sorry your experience was not as great as hoped for. However I donโt recall the trip being cut very short even though I do remember storms over the ocean and off to the west which kept us from being able to explore. We did catch lots of flounder and there were many missed. Typically when Iโm fishing for flounder, Iโm fishing for redfish which we were that day. Also, we donโt fish for grouper, our focus is inshore and nearshore no more than 20 miles out. There are other boats that can accomodate that trip at a much higher price though. Sean, I had a great time having you and your son on the boat.
