Joe is great. The day started slow so we switched tactics. After catching a few we went back to casting and found a hot spot. Joe was very patient. He taught me to read the livescope which is something I’ve been wanting to check out. His boat and equipment are top of the line along with his attitude and knowledge. I’d definitely go fishing with him again.
Due to suboptimal conditions, we had to hunt for the fish…but once we found them, we were able to limit out on walleyes. This was a second trip with him, woukd definitely book again.
Joe was a great guide! He was extremely accommodating, and made the experience one we won’t soon forget. On a difficult day of fishing due to recent bad weather, he never rested making adjustments and changing out lures and depths until we found success. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and certainly ran circles round our very basic fishing knowledge. Truly a professional. We’ll be happy to head out on another fishing day just as soon as we can get back to the area. Thanks Joe!
Capt Joe put in the effort and our Walleye trip turned out great. Equipment and boat was top notch, we'll book with him again.
Even after heavy storms for the past couple of days, we were still able to catch several fish and a few walleye. Captain Joe is very knowledgeable with state of the art equiptment and made great distance with the time we had. Looking forwars to booking another trip!
We did a delayed Fathers Day trip for walleye with Capt. Joe, and we had an awesome time! He had us on the fish quickly and kept us moving...and he was a wealth of knowledge about Lake Erie and walleye fishing in general. Definitely something we'll remember for a long time!
