Bad conditions, great fishing

4 Hour Trip (PM)2 adults

We were dealt a bad deal from Mother Nature, windy and a little rain. Capt Mike did a LT Dan and we went fishing! Couldn’t get to the “good spot” so we fished the “crappy spots” and caught fish at every spot, black and red drums, tons of trout and all the saltwater catfish, even a sting ray! We didn’t keep anything as we were flying out early the next morning but if we did, we would be eating like kings. If these were the back up spots, I would love to fish the good spots on a calm day. Will definitely fish with Capt Mike again if I’m in the area! He really put in the effort and time to get us on the fish!

    Great trip with great captain!

    Captain Mike is a great guy! We were supposed to come in March and he contacted us to let us know that it will not be a good time to catch fish and we rescheduled for the summer because he wanted us to have the best experience. Then when summer rolled around, he contacted us again to let us know that pushing it back a couple days might be better if we could. Communication was awesome! We still caught fish and enjoyed the experience!

    Fishing fun

    We had the best time with Capt Mike. we caught a variety of fish!! we had never targeted Trout before and that was actually really fun. he was helpful, full of knowledge and above all else very patient!! he was very upfront with us about our trip which I truley appreciate. my husband and I had the best time. First time with him but not the last time

    My boyfriend and I had Such a fun experience with captain Mike. You can tell he truly wants to give everyone a successful ocean fishing experience and he delivered, above and beyond. In the best way possible, it was like fishing with a fun dad lol. We will be back! If you’re booking for several hours, bring some snacks and a water!

    we had a fantastic trip… He put us on a monster bull red that my son fought for quite some time… Definitely recommend Mike. We will be back with him again.

    I caught fish!!

    Captain Mike knew all the best fishing spots. He was kind, patient, and great with our family. We took our 6-year-old, and Mike made sure he had a life jacket on and even let him reel in the fish. My boys loved every minute of it, and we will definitely book with him again in the future!
