My wife and I had booked this trip as an anniversary trip. The day we were scheduled to go the water was very rough so Randy ( the captain ) suggested that we go the next afternoon which we did. Alot of charters would not have offered that. The next day way gorgeous weather and Randy out us on fish the whole afternoon. My wife actually grew tired of fishing but kept going just to please me. We couldn’t get the fish in dast enough. We cannot say enough about this trip. If your going fish aroung Gulf Shores you cannot go wrong by booking with Due South. David Predmore
Captain Randy definitely knows how to get you on the fish. The wind and waves were coming in from a system moving in and we had to adjust the plan. Then it was game on. Everyone caught fish. Captain gets the gear set up and makes any adjustments on the gear as needed so all you have to do is catch the fish. I will definitely book again the next time we come back to the beach. if you see an opening, grab it before its gone. i wish i had booked a second trip for the same week. highly recommend.

Choosing Due South as our charter was the best thing we did on our trip to Gulf Shores. Captain Randy and his first mate Lacey were awesome. We really loved the fact that it was family owned and operated! they were very down to earth and made the whole trip. A very wonderful experience for us.. we even caught some fish and got to see the Dolphins, which was a major bonus. their hospitality and professionalism it’s five stars. definitely going to book with them when we come back.! and we love that we got to meet Sandy, too😄

Captain Randy reached out to us the day before our scheduled trip saying that the weather for the following day wasn't going to be the best. He gladly rescheduled for a better day. Lacy was our captain and she helped us find fish. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and just a nice person to spend an afternoon with. We will definitely book with them again!

Overall a great enjoyable experience. My grandson had the best time. The Captain and Mate were PHENOMENAL. The Boat was excellent, well maintained, engins quite and the ride as comfortable as conditions allowed. The fishing was active and we caught our limits... I highly recommend this experience and charter company....
