I am sorry you didn’t enjoy yourself.  We never guarantee fish, so I don’t know why you thought that catching fish was a guarantee.  I’ve fished 1,000 trips over the past 2 years and half of them were great and half of them were really slow.  We get skunked all the time, it’s just a part of fishing.  I don’t know what you mean about ripping the rigger off the boat.  The outrigger is fully intact.  If you mean the line popped out of the pressure release clip on the outrigger, that’s precisely what we want to happen.  It means you’ve gotten a bite.  It’s a pressure release clip that releases when you get a bite.  I know the fishing was slow for you and I am so sorry for that.  Nobody wants to catch them more than I do.  We tried every depth of water, lots of different zones and we just couldn’t find them for you.  I hope you have great success on all your future fishing trips and I apologize that we couldn’t find the fish for you that day.  Sincerely,
