Captain Brian is great! Great with all levels of fishing! Sets up everything and helps you when you need it which makes it a fun, easy, and enjoyable. He tells you what you caught and about it as much as he can. Takes you to all of his known spots. The best thing about it is that you go chatch sharks! We booked with Captain Brian after reading his reviews. Our experience more than lived up to expectations. Our 12 year old son has been learning in surrounding small lakes in VA - being out in the ocean was a dream! Captain Brian took us to spots were the fish were biting! Captain Brian was great!  My wife and I are Midwest pond, lake, and river fishers. Captain Brian was patient, knowledgeable and, most important, fun.  We caught five species: Red Drum, Bluefish, Whiting, Weak Sea Trout, and Bonnethead Sharks. The latter was pretty exciting for us - we grew up chasing bluegills! If our travels return us to Charleston, another charter will be on the agenda.

Captain was very knowledgeable and just a good dud in general, if youre looking for a charter trip to go on I recommend this one to anyone. If im ever in Charleston again i would book him. The orginal day we had plan he called and rescheduled due to the wind and weather conditions, which makes me see he is just doing it for th love of the sport
