I highly recommend Fish Head Water Sports for a great time on the lake. James is a friendly, full of knowledge and fun! We caught two great hybrids early on but then the fish decided to be a challenge. He pivoted trying several different spots and tactics until we finally settled for catfish which was a great time. He cleaned them up and now I have tons of fish for the freezer. I hope I get to come back!

I went out on a morning fishing trip with James and wow! it did not disappoint! James was quick to assess what sort of fishing I wanted to do and set to work quick! We were out quickly to the first spot to see what was going on, after a short while there was nothing so James was keen to move and that was a perfect decision. We had such a fun & successful fishing trip with James, he’s a great captain & fishing guide. My 19y/o son & 8 y/o daughter both had a blast & caught lots of fish. The boat was very nice & had plenty of room for our family of 4. He was quick to help us with our catch & kept fresh bait on all our poles. James is very nice, funny & knowledgeable. He even let my 8 y/o help him filet our fish, she thought that was so cool. We will definitely book James again for our next fishing trip at Lake Conroe.
