I’ve always booked off-shore. This was enjoyable and captain was great. He is very involved if you have children. My 7 year old had a blast. If you book you must ask the captain about the fish dance

Our group had a fantastic inshore/nearshore fishing experience with Fear Knot Charters! Despite plenty of obstacles to overcome—including flooding up north, changing water conditions, and recent storms—Captain White worked hard to put us on fish, and we still brought home enough for some delicious fish tacos. Captain White was great !! Our group had a great time joking around with this guy !! We caught lots of different fish (some monsters) and actually limited out on speckled trout and he was patient with some guys that didn’t have a whole lot of experience fishing out here . Captain White was very hospitable and fun to be around we even got to meet some of his family, great people great experience , if your looking for a no B.S. experienced guide this is your guy.

We had a great trip with Captain Richard. He had us in fish quickly, and we stayed in them the entire trip. He was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area and where to fish. He also came and picked us up when we arrived on the Island and took us on a driving tour, pointing out all the important items on the Island. Couldn’t ask for any better! If we go back, we would book with him again.

Cannot recommend Colonel White enough! Not only is he a great Captain but he is an amazing person! We booked a fishing trip for Thursday but wanted a Moms day plus a 4 year old to see the lighthouse. He took us out for a couple hours to get great pictures. Was amazing and engaged the 4 year old in everything. Ended up deciding to check out this fishing spot on the way back to the dock and had a bite every cast catching trout and jack revell! It was amazing!! The next day we went out at 2 couples. Lines were tight most of the day. Our trip was geared towards sharking. But instead of buying live bait we got to go catch it!! This added so much fun to the trip. We all brought sharks aboard as well as trout, whites, catfish, stingray, and I'm sure I'm missing something. I loved how he walked us through everything first so we knew what to expect when hooking up. He was an amazing teacher of all things. Best 2 days we could've planned. He is a great host and was helpful our whole week. Recommended where to eat and things to do on/near the island. I would book again with this Captain in a heartbeat!
