The trip was as promised. Walleye and 5 other species to include a really nice Musky. Very nice Caprain and Steve was very knowledgeable of the area, his boat.
Great Captain he goes above and beyond for his guests.
Although fishing can be trying at times Captain Steve did all he could to make sure that we had an enjoyable outing, although the weather did not cooperate and it rained most of the morning we enjoyed our time on the the lake fishing, again fishing can be a tricky thing and this outing was no exception, the fish just didn't want to bite but of all the boats in the area we were able to catch the most, I think the captain felt guilty and kept us out a little longer than he should have but again he wanted to make sure that we got what we paid for. Captain Steve arrived on time, was knowledgeable on where we needed to be to catch the species of fish that we wanted, Upon returning to shore he promptly cleaned the fish even in the rain and had us on our way within a half hour. I would definitely recommend him on any outing that you are planning to take, Communications were great prior to the trip and he didn't require full payment until we returned to the docks.

We caught walleye and smallmouth. We wanted to do catch and release, and we didn’t care if the fish were good for eating. Steve was knowledgeable and flexible in helping us optimize the trip for that. Everyone had catches, even the grandma in our group (who is very inexperienced).
We ended up with several walleye at our first stop then switched over to fishing for large mouth and had an even better result. Several large mouths with a couple of them being 20" or more. Weather was good, slightly rainy at the end, but a great trip.
