It was a present for my uncle who was visiting me and we had a blast! We caught 5 King Salmon and Steve perfectly fillet them for us! He had really good equipment and was a good teacher. I definitely reccomend booking with him.

Captain Steve was a very down-to-earth guy who taught us the ins and outs of how to catch fish on the Great Lakes. He took the time to explain to my teenage son what is involved in running a charter, and he was compassionate to help me with motion sickness. If we are ever in the area again, we would certainly fish with him again!

After having two trips cancelled on us because of the weather conditions this week, this morning was the last chance my 11 year old nephew (and very avid fisherman) had to go out fishing. Captain Steve taught us a lot about fishing. He was very hands on and answered all of our questions. We caught two 4pound Chinook salmon and an 8pound lake trout. These were the biggest fish we’ve ever caught. We had a great experience and highly recommend him.

Captain Steve was highly professional and organized from start to finish. Before the trip, he provided clear, detailed updates about what to expect and where to meet. On the boat, he ensured a comfortable experience with a canopy for shade, mini fans to keep us cool, and all the essential fishing gear. He also shared plenty of helpful tips and tricks on fishing techniques, the best spots to fish, and how to properly fillet the catch! Best of all—we caught six big fish!
