We had a great trip, we only caught one wahoo but there was some marlin around, missed a strike but no hookups and tuna hitting the top but no bites. The captain and crew worked really hard to get us more fish but to no avail but that's fishing. We will definitely fish with them again.
I specifically selected Pescado Grande because their reviews and pictures said that they could target Yellowfin Tuna and deliver. After heading offshore for over half a hour we started fishing. The first fish was a very nice Mahi Mahi. Not the intended species, but a great warmup. 10 minutes later our first Yellowfin. Probably 15 pounds. Then a steady diet of bigger Yellowfin for the next few hours. The largest over 100 lbs. we caught enough tuna to take some home, eat locally during our stay, some for the boat, and the rest released. Exceeded my expectations
Excellent trip and we caught 3 tunas, 1 Wahoo! Likely over 100 lbs of fishes! Crew members, Martin, Antonio, Titto really made my day! They worked hard through the day with multiple technique switching. We first found battleground for Tuna quickly. After 3 hours, we got 3 Tunas. Toward the end of the trip, Antonio and Titto never gave up and we caught a Wahoo. It is such a great trip! They also served me really good during the trip! I highly recommend them! Very nice boat!
best charter ive ever done. Antonio is young and energetic. and he probably knows more about catching dish than anyone ive ever met. Tito was constantly working to change rigs to find one that worked. and Captain Martin put us on the fish. he didnt stop until we had success! fishing is always unpredictable but we ended up eith a marlin, sailfish, and two tuna. what a great day!!!
I went fishing with my son who was 13 years old. This captain and mates are amazing. They took their time all day with him. The best part was to caught four 60 pound yellow fin tuna. They filleted them up for us and we brought it back to our house for lunch for tacos and tuna steaks. Even if we didn’t catch fish, these guys were awesome. The boat was immaculate and we had a great day in the water. I would 100% booked them again and on top of that the burritos that they bought us were delicious.
This was our second trip to Cabo and fished on the Pescado Grande both times. Captain Martin and crew did not disappoint once again. We caught Yellowfin tuna, MahiMahi, and Wahoo. The boat is immaculate, the food is great. The crew is very knowledgeable and attentive with good english spoken. We will be back fishing with them next year!
