Great day on the water catching (fishing)!

Taking a moment to express our appreciation for the fantastic fishing trip we had with Captain Mark and his crew member Chris. They make an excellent team and made our half-day excursion incredibly enjoyable and memorable. Our two children, a 10-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl, had their first boat trolling fishing experience, and thanks to Captain Mark's expertise in navigating the waters and Chris's engaging approach, they both managed to reel in fish and get some great photos with their catches. We had a thrilling time catching and landing on the boat six Barracuda, and the five we lost but were on the hook added to the excitement! Captain Mark and Chris ensured we were engaged throughout the entire trip, demonstrating their professionalism and passion for what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and successful day out on the water. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

    Great Day Fishing on Mahi Mania!

    6 Hour Trip • 5 adults

    We had an amazing day on the water with Capt. Mark and Chris!! I told them my daughter wanted to catch her first Mahi and they absolutely delivered. They put us on fish right away and her first Mahi was a giant! We caught several more Mahi and a Skipjack tuna along with a shark, barracuda, and two Bonitos. The action was great all day long and my family had a wonderful time on the water. Capt. Mark and Chris were easy going and friendly and immediately made us feel at home on their boat. They are family friendly and very knowledgeable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book another trip with them. If you’re looking for a great day fishing, I highly recommend booking a trip aboard the Mahi Mania! Thank you, Mark and Chris!!

    Mark and Chris saved the day!

    4 Hour Trip • 5 adults • 3 children

    Our fishing charter booked weeks out was cancelled at 7pm the night prior to the planned fishing. I contacted Mark and he was able to fit us in bright and early the next day! The kids, my husband and i had a great time, i wish we had a longer time slot to spend with Mark and Chris! they were great with the kiddos and switched up the fishing to make sure the kids had a fun time, and take home some fish to enjoy! thank you for such a great day!

    What a great time! My husband has taken charters before. He spent time researching the boat, the captain/crew & other references. No matter how much research ... you are still taking a chance. Well - rest assured ... when booking here - you are making a great choice. From the moment we stepped on the boat - till our departure, it was great. Captain Mark knew where to take us to get the most out of the afternoon. Chris as first mate expertly aided us, sharing information about the area and the local fish. The way Mark and Chris worked together was impressive and gave us great results - we caught a total of 7 fish in a fun filled, action-packed trip. Highly recommend Mahi Mania!

    Captain Mark and Chris were great They are do friendly and knowledgeable we felt comfortable from the very beginning even though we did not know what to expect What we got was a Captain who listened to what we wanted to try and then did his best to deliver We wanted mahi we got mahi although they all just a little to small But my son caught a nice wahoo and that is not a bad consultation prize While we were trolling Chris explained how we were fishing and more Mark was constantly making sure the rigs were right and trying to put us on fish when things slowed off shore we went in to patch reefs and caught yellow tails and barracuda These two truly gave us what we asked for and more I would have wrote this last night but i was busy preparing fish for supper!!! If you want a fun day on the water and catch some fish this is the crew to be with My wife and son cannot stop talking about how great of a time we had We are already planning are next trip Thank you Mark and Chris!!

    What an awesome trip!!

    I cannot say enough good things about our trip with Captain Mark. The day was beautiful and the fishing was fantastic. We set out with a goal of catching some nice Mahi and we definitely did that and more. Mahi, wahoo, tuna, barracuda, along with a few other kinds of fish. Captain Mark and his hand Chris made this such an enjoyable trip. The highlight was the blue water grand slam. Tuna, wahoo, and Mahi in the same day. Afterwards, our catch was prepped for meals during our trip as well as being able to bring the rest all the way back to Kentucky. I have been on alot of fishing trips and this one ranks at the top of the list of our experiences. I would recommend Capt. Mark to anyone who wants to book with a guide who will work to get you on fish as well as provide a safe and enjoyable experience. I hope we get to go with him again some day.
