Good Afternoon Mr. Allen - We appreciate you and your sons fishing with Us yesterday and always appreciate a Client’s review.  After reading your review I contacted Capt. Michael to discuss with him prior to responding as we work very hard to show all of our clients a good time.

To address your concerns Many times a Captain will grab a large Sheephead by the eyes as to not be spined by the fish. Capt. Michael said that he did not keep the fish as he understood yall had only planned to keep a few Redfish to eat.  As for the Catfish that were caught they were Hard Heads - they were not edible and are dangerous to get off of your hook any other way. 

Redfish, and many other species of fish, have spaghetti worms that may be somewhat unappealing to the eye, but certainly doesn’t prevent good eating. I apologize that the restaurant would not prepare your fish for you as many people don’t even bother to remove them before cooking. After cooking, they are unnoticeable and cannot be tasted. I understand after reading your review that this was not a common thing for you to see but for the Captains it is as they see it often. 

Capt. Michael was certainly upset to read your response as at the time of the Charter he felt he had done a good job. He appreciated you Thanking him for doing his best and tipping him well.
