We were 3 adults and a 9 year old boy who really wanted to catch a fish. The boat was bigger than we expected. The crew seemed most interested in big fish, Marlin, at first. That’s Understandable. Me and best mate had a blast on silky!, Dave and Clayton are great for chats & laughs, knowledgeable and well set up. Boat is clean and had all that we needed It was not our day for any large catchs(such is the nature of fishing) but we pulled in 2x skipjack (1 for live bait the other for poke, both good sizes and fun to pull in on lighter gear) - the boys called other captains/friends to ask if they had any hits and did all they could to get us a hookup but that’s the game. 100%... this wa sour swcond outing with silky and tjough we disnt catch any fish this time the say was beautiful and the crew was friendly. they gave fold recommendations and chated worh us about fishing things and island stuff. We will hopefully get to fish with them again next time!

Our family booked this charter over our Christmas vacation in Kona. The Captain and Mate are extremely experienced and masters at pelagic fishing. They meshed well with my family and were very accommodating to our two children ages 9 and 12. Their equipment is professional grade and in great shape.  I would highly recommend booking this boat and we will book them again when we are back in Kona.
