Captain Lamont was the most gracious host to my son and I. We’ve never been fishing before. Captain Lamont showed us kindness, patience, and helped us fish like seasoned vetrans. We caught our limits of Lingcod and Rock Fish, with our first catch happening within minutes! We had such a good time and would highly recommend.

Cameron, thank you for taking the time to give us this kind review. I’m glad you and your son had a good time. you were definitely getting the hang off it as the trip went on. You getting those two “Dragons” (lingcod in the double digits for weight) was awesome! Job well done. Captain Lamont was a great skipper and host, very professional yet engaging with our entire group and very patient teaching our 2 firdt time fishermen how to to fish deep water for halibut!

Captain Lamont has a load of 5 star reviews for a reason. He’s excellent at his job. Punctual, extremely responsive, safety minded, kind, great with kids. The patience all you dads showed will definitely pay off in creating more future fisherman. Your boys were all well behaved and you did a great job not over pressuring them. Our family had an amazing trip with Lamont. My 12 year old said “We got lucky-he is the best”. He didn’t just guide us; he taught us why we fished where we did and how the fish reacted to our presentation. He was knowledgeable, kind and great with kids.
