We had the best time on the Inshore Lizardfish Charter. Richard and RJ were so helpful and friendly. My kids and I had never really fished before so we just wanted to give it a shot while we were visiting NC… We got so much more than we expected from this fishing trip. We learned about the local ecology, the ICW, and about the area. They’re both so knowledgeable and genuinely happy to share their insight. We all caught lots of fish, and one of the kids caught a massive Black Drum. We stopped at an island to try to get some shark teeth and RJ had the most amazing eye for finding them! We’re so happy to have met these guys. This charter far exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend!

We flew in from out of town and faced multiple delays and even cancellations. Despite all that, Lizard Fish Charters was incredibly understanding—they told us not to worry and went above and beyond to reschedule our trip. Rick and Scott I believe his name was were awesome. We had a lot of fun finding shark teeth hunting and overall a wonderful fishing experience. The crew was fantastic, great vibes and hospitality, super involved in and they want you to catch fish. I plan on coming back and doing another fishing trip with these guys, they were the best! Definitely recommend!

Captain Rick and his son, RJ, made our sons’ first fishing experience the best it could have possibly been.  They clearly both love working with kids, they clearly know everything there is to know about fishing, and they were both extremely personable.
