  We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Sweet Paradise Charters and Captain Nile Bryant! From the moment we started our trip, Nile provided outstanding customer service and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. The scalloping and fishing were excellent, and Captain Nile’s knowledge, professionalism, and personality made the entire experience even better. He was patient, helpful, and made sure our family had everything we needed for a fun and memorable day on the water.   An unforgettable family trip! Highly recommend Captain Nile!

  Half Day Trip – Scalloping AM 2 PPL on July 5, 2026 • 3 adults • 1 child

  We booked a half-day scalloping trip out of Steinhatchee with Captain Nile Bryant, and it was hands-down the highlight of our summer. My wife, 8-year-old son, and I had an incredible time, but what really set this experience apart was Captain Nile’s amazing hospitality. My son is a strong swimmer but struggled a bit with the scalloping technique at first. Captain Nile didn't skip a beat—he stayed right alongside the boat and coached him one-on-one with so much patience, care, and genuine encouragement until he completely got the hang of it. As a parent, I can’t thank him enough for that extra attention. To top it all off, we limited out in just 3 hours! We left with a full bucket of scallops and a full heart. If you want a guide who is not only great at finding the catch but also incredible with families, book Captain Nile. We will definitely be back!

  Perfect Trip!

  Full Day – Scalloping/Fishing on June 21, 2026 • 5 adults • 3 children

  As my family has said, this was the the best part of our Florida vacation this year. We made a short 2 day visit to Steinhatchee to go on a 7 hour fish/scalloping trip with Captain Nile, who I highly recommend to anyone looking for the same experience out if Steinhatchee. He was extremely patient with the kids. Our daughter 10 yrs old out fished us all catching 19 fish. Scalloping was perfect and for first timers the kids did a fantastic job and we were able to limit out. I have used many guides out if Steinhatchee in years past and I can honestly say Nile is the best.

  Half Day Trip – Scalloping 6 PPL PM on August 8, 2026 • 3 adults

  Our family went for our first scalloping experience and Captain Nile made sure it was a good one. From a comfortable boat with all the equipment we needed to his fun, laid back character. He took us to some amazing spots and not only did we reach our limit in no time but we also got to see some other amazing creatures; horseshoe crabs, urchin, starfish, and some beautiful sponges and coral. It was an experience our family will never forget and will look forward to doing again with Captain Nile.

  If I could give Captain Nile 6 stars I would. Had an amazing day out. Great conversation. Great boat. Caught our limit of trout by 10:30am and then went to hunt other species. I would 110% recommend booking with this guy if youre coming down to Steinhatchee. Super professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Captain
