The forecast changed last minute and the winds were ridiculous. We had a blast even though the weather limited where we could all go. We will definitely book with him again! Very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about fishing on Lake Superior. Best parts was when we had 3 fish on at the same time and also when we got a tiger muskie!
My wife and I have gone through Captain Brody before and we had a great time the first time around. We stopped in Duluth and made another trip and it surely was one to remember. Both Brody and his first mate, Canyon, did an amazing job getting us on fish and making us feel at home aboard. It really felt like we never left the first time because only an hour in and we already almost hit our bag limit on some quality fish. Between doubling up on some nice Lakers and an awesome fight with my first King Salmon, safe to say its gonna be hard to top this trip. Thank you again you guys, we look forward to many more annual trips to come!
Captain Brody was a great host! He had a very clean and organized boat, with a wide variety of fishing equipment to ensure we had the best opportunity to catch fish. Very knowledgeable of the area and he was good at explaining the fishing techniques. We fishied a half day and started catching lake trout right away. We ended up with many lake trout, a Coho, King, and a large walleye! Captain took photos for us and cleaned the fish when we returned to the harbor. We are going back for a second day and I would definitely book with Looper Charters again. Thank you!
Here’s a polished version: Captain Brody was quick to answer my questions by text through the app before our trip, and he and his mate (Kainan? spelling) had the boat and gear ready to go when we arrived. Our morning started a little slowly as the fish didn't bite at first but after about 45 min my son landed a lake trout, this was followed by a few salmon. The excitement really grew when he brought in a large King salmon! It was so fun to see the crew just as excited as we were. We had a successful and memorable fishing trip and would highly recommend this charter!

Captain Brody and first mate Canyon were absolutely wonderful. We had an awesome day of fishing and went home with some great Walley. Experience of a lifetime. They are young but do not let that sway you towards a different guide as they were filled with so much knowledge of the waters and where the fish are at. HIGHLY recommend them. They handled the water, weather and conversation amazingly. Captain Brody filited the fish and packed them up for us.
