Your booking was made on Sunday for the following morning, and unfortunately I had lost my phone a few days earlier and was unaware of the reservation. Once my business partner learned of the situation, he came to meet you personally and arranged for you to go fishing that same day rather than canceling the trip.

Regarding the charter itself, the boat provided was the same vessel advertised in the listing. The trip was also provided at a discounted rate compared to our standard 5-hour charter price on the platform.

As for the fishing method, our offshore trips are primarily trolling charters designed to target pelagic species such as mahi-mahi, tuna, wahoo, and marlin. Multiple fishing techniques were never discussed or requested before the trip, so the excursion was conducted according to our standard offshore fishing program.

Unfortunately, fishing success can never be guaranteed. Some days the fish are active and some days they are not. While we always work hard to locate productive areas, nature ultimately determines the results.

I am sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, I believe it is important to present the facts accurately. Despite the communication issue, we made every effort to accommodate your last-minute booking and get you on the water that day.
