Weather wasn’t good but captain made our trip enjoyble

Captain Thomas, was so kind to me and my girlfriend we are both college students who we’re looking to just get out on the boat and have some fun and catch some fish. He helped my girlfriend learn how to fish , since it was her first time ever fishing and was very patient with her. My girlfriend in no time was casting on her own and she actually caught 2 fish all on her own casting the rod and reeling in the catch, she had a great time and so did I aswell!!! It was great to see her on her first fishing trip to take a great interest in fishing with me. At the end of the trip she was already asking me when we can book another trip with Captain Thomas!! Thx you so much for this great experience Captain!! We will see you in the near future!!!

Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Plenty of bait. Equipment ready to go. He put me on fish right out of the gate. He’s easy to talk to and great stories to tell.  I only got one spotted trout to keep but caught many just under 17”. Caught other species as well,  just not keeper’s. If we weren’t moving,  I was reeling something in. I will be going out again.  Thanks captain!

I’m so grateful I booked with Captain Dewitt. The Captain reached out to explore options as soon as I secured the trip also touched base the day before, ensuring I knew the weather report and confirming the plan for the day.  This morning started with the sun cresting the plain of the gulf, exploding light on the bay. With good fishing action, Captain Dewitt gave clarity to the expectations and the plan of the day with a willingness to teach and truly guide the fishing. The Captain shared extensive gulf bay knowledge, including a history of the bay, and expanded this fishing trip to an experience worth more than the filets we are cooking at the house.
