Trip started off 1 1/2 hours later than planned. We had reservations for another activity later in the evening based off of the original booking so our trip had to be cut short seems to me if the earlier trip showed late they should have been the ones that ended early so our planned trip would have been what we booked. The trip before showed up late so that is why we were told our trip was pushed. Capt asked our names then never talked to us again until after trip. He did discount the trip it we would have definitely rather have paid full price and had a good trip. Deckhand was friendly but spent most of the time on top deck with captain driving the boat. Any trip I have taken before the deckhand always stayed with the guests and worked to make the trip as memorable as possible. They seemed like good guys but just didnโt seem to be all in. Again they did give us a discount so will say a positive about that.

I wish you would have told me a late departure would be an issue when i informed you at 7 am that the first crew had a late start.
I would have cut their trip a little shorter, but i wanted everyone to have a full trip and experience. I even spoke with you at the dock before the departure and it never seemed to be an issue. I wasnt even informed until yall was already loaded and departed from the dock that yall had to be in 30 minutes earlier then your trip ended.ย my deckhand had to come up stairs to tell me. I discounted you for more then that and even paid my deckhands tip for you. I really went out of my way for yall, sorry for the bad experience. Tight lines and better luck next time! ๐ฃ
