They were great to chit-chat with, very knowledgeable and helpful about the fishing (duh!), and both who are retired veterans who connected well with my family members. John and Figboooer were very easy to work with, parking direction and walking to the boat were very simple, clear, and easy. I’ve been with other outfitters and it can be a little complicated finding the captain. Not so with John. We were early and he was ready. The sunrise and weather were picture perfect. Caught flounder, a shark, and a bluefish.

My wife and I booked the 4 hour trip for Thursday morning. The fishing was easy and the company was great. Captain John his mate Jesse were knowledgeable and friendly and knew just where to go to catch the fish. I hooked a 4’ shark that broke off at the boat then we limited out on sea trout in just a few minutes. Then we trolled back toward the jetty and caught several nice Spanish Mackerel. We hit up so many amazing spots. Big thanks to Captain Jon and First Mate Brian, they were total pros and made the whole trip a blast. Their expertise and friendly vibes were super helpful too! Definitely a day for the books and would 100% book and go again.

Great experience! Chartered this for my sons birthday and start to finish, it was a huge success. Every part of this process was beyond my expectations that we’ve discussed making this an annual tradition. Very good communication before and during the trip. Captain and crew were very knowlegable, helpful, and accommodating. Small bit of advice, spring for the longer charter because you’ll blink and it’ll all be over.
