This trip was everything I was wishing for and more. My three older kids and myself attended. Captian John took us to multiple spots. Along with an awesome fishing experience we caught the sunrise, saw dolphins and played music through his bluetooth device. He was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. We had a fantastic experience fishing with Captain John from Only Chance Charters! He was attentive, personable, and incredibly helpful through our trip. He made sure everyone was comfortable, answered questions, and gave tips that were useful but not condescending, which helped us have a successful and fun day on the water. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend fishing with if your looking for s relaxed and enjoyable charters experience!

John Lozano was our captain and did a great job putting us on fish immediately at the north jetty. My wife and I caught a good variety of fish during the trip. John was knowledgeable and was also friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend Only Chance Charters and John, specifically. Looking forward to our next trip to Galveston and will definitely try to use him again.

Had a GREAT day of fishing! As the title says, the 1st fish hooked at about 7:25 got away. My buddy was fighting it for a good 12 - 15 minutes. But we kept casting and pulled in some nice Sheepshead (2), Drum (2), a Speck! We had to throw back a Red Snapper (not in the slot), Stingray (2), Drum (1), A Gaffhead. Capt. John took care of us all day!!
