Captain DJ is an all around good dude and really cares about your experience. He will do everything he can to put you on fish and is great at picking the spots if you are targeting specific species. He isn’t overbearing and just lets you do your thing while providing good advice and repurposing rods/rigs in preparation for your next spot. Only thing I wish we did was the 4 hour trip instead of the 2 hour. Would definitely recommend going out with Captain DJ if you get the opportunity.

I wanted to surprise my husband with a fishing trip while in Clearwater for a couple of days.  I contacted New Gen Fishing Charters.  Landen was so accommodating in helping me make the plans.  Captain Danny (DJ) was super great!!!He knew the area well and although it was a little windy, he managed to take us to the best spots!!! We had a great time! Our Captain DJ worked hard for us! We caught some big red fish! I will be calling them up again when im back in the area.
